We asked Nicole to work with our Technology Consulting team in making step change improvements in our approach to D&I. We started with Nicole interviewing our female team members and sharing the results with the Tech leadership team. The results were super interesting for us - the way Nicole framed the questions and insights really helped us to consider the cultural strengths we had and also the changes we needed to make to drive a new approach to D&I. Nicole helped us identify practical leadership mindset shifts which set a wonderful new tone for a series of D&I initiatives which had really positive impacts to our working environment.
